FriendSearch is a FREE service that introduces you to new interesting people on the web everyday. You get to

| Where do I log in and manage my account? |
Go to www.friendsearch.com.
At the very top, key in your handle and password and hit 'Go'.
Once logged in, you can upload, modify and remove your photo, modify profile, search and browse for
any FriendSearch members that match your requirements, etc.

| What if i lost my password? |
Go to www.friendsearch.com.
Just below the login box, there's a 'Forgot your password' link.
Click on this. You'll be brought to a page which asks for your handle and email address.
We will then email you your password.

| What if no response after sending feedback? |
We try to answer all mail within 72 hours.
Usually we answer within 24, except on weekends or when we are about to release an update.
If you sent mail or feedback that warranted a reply and have not received one,
chances are that the return e-mail address was wrong.

FAQ about Member Search
|
| What can I do in search? |
| FriendSearch does provide two type of searches that are firstly, handle
search, and secondly, search according to country, state, age, with or without photo and etc. Handle search
is the fastest way to look for certain members if handle is known. For example, if you want to look for
a member who has the handle called 'james', you just simply enter the word 'james' in the handle search
field and then click on the 'search' button to initiate your search. All the handles which contain the word
'james' will be listed in the result page, e.g. handles like 'james', 'james23', jamesng', 'james_99' and etc.
For the normal search, you have to specify the country, state (if US is selected), age from and age to, your gender
and the gender you are looking for. After you have finalized everything, then just press the search button to continue the search.
A page will be shown later with all the members who match the criteria you pass in earlier.
From the member result page, you can only see member details like handle, gender, age, location, title and photo (if provided).
For viewing full member detail, just click on the link of handle or title. It will direct you to a well-organized member detail page.
From there, you can add the member to your favorite list if you think he/she is your favorite, or sending message
to him/her.

| What can I do in browse? |
Instead of search, you can browse through the entire members database by
continent, country and state.

| What can I do in favorite? |
From here, you can view all the favorites you added previously. Click on the
link of handle or title to see the full member details. If you think you want to remove certain favorites,
just checked the favorites you intend to remove or checked the 'All' checkbox to select all favorites from your
favorite list. After that, press the 'Remove Selected' button to continue the remove process.
Every member only allows to store up to 20 favorites.

FAQ about Photo Upload

| How can I upload my photo? |
After you have successfully logged into the Member's Area,
click on the 'Upload Photo' link. From there, it will display your photo gallery, containing all your
previously uploaded photos. If you do not have any photos, then click on the
'Add new photo' link. A small popup window will appear and prompt you regarding the photo file location.
After you have entered the file location, just hit the 'Upload' button.

| What kind of photo formats are allowed? |
You can upload photo in format of JPG, GIF, or PNG.

| What is the maximum photo size allowed? |
Each photo must be 150 kilobytes or less.

FAQ about Contacting Members / Receiving Emails

| What happens when I contact another member? |
Upon entering the subject and message, your message will be sent to the member as an email. The member will then directly reply to your email address.
Therefore, please make sure that the email address you specified at the Member's Profile is correct.

| How do I check emails sent to me? |
When someone contacts you, the message is sent directly to your email address.
Therefore, please make sure that the email address you specified at the Member's Profile is correct.

| I have already upgraded, but I still can't use the features. |
Are you sure your account has been upgraded? Note that whenever you fill in the upgrade form,
we will send you a confirmation email, which you MUST respond to, before we can proceed with your upgrade.
Once we successfully process your upgrade, you should receive a notification email regarding the
successful transaction. Your account would be upgraded within 1 hour of receiving that email.
Should you fail to receive any confirmation / notification emails, or you have problems using your premium features
after upgrading, please contact sales@friendsearch.com. Please include your membership email and
transaction number (if applicable).
